30 days Free Return Policy
At Agamehero, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will give you a free return label, you just need to download and print it, no need to pay any fees.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused or slightly used, but in original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable) must be included.
Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
Free Returns Process
We provide free returns within the 30-day return window. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@agamehero.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and its packaging (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items not in their original condition or missing essential components.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase-Paypal. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may deduct a restocking fee or decline the refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please free return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Exchanges Fee
Whether it is a refund or exchange, we will do it free of charge within 30 days. We will bear the shipping cost and will not charge any fees to customers.

Damaged or Defective Items
