30 days Free Return Policy

At Agamehero, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will give you a free return label, you just need to download and print it, no need to pay any fees.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. The item must be in its original packaging, unused or slightly used, but in original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition. 
3. All accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable) must be included.

Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Free Returns Process

Refund Process

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please free return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
